The first three farms show similarities, have magnificent views and various options where you can build your house, lodge or eco-cabins. You could build in a secluded spot where nobody can see you or you can build where you are the king of your castle for all to see, and make the best use of your views.

Farm 4 has the opportunity for small-scale farming. All farms have fairly easy access with a 4x4, with no challenging or special driving skills required. The access roads were especially built for these farms and have a never-ending, written agreement, which can be registered as a Servitude Road, if the Purchaser so requires.

Farm 4 has a different access road. This may not be for the faint-hearted, but provides absolute safety and exclusivity in return.

In terms of water: the residing farm neighbour (owner) will provide 30 000 litres a month of fresh water at a “supply point” fairly close to the farm. This supply point will be high enough for gravity flow to the different farms. The Purchaser must provide storage, a water meter and piping facilities from the supply point, to where water is needed on the farm.

Farm 4 has small earth dams for drinking water for game, animals and birds. An old herdsman ruin is evident of self-sufficient farming potential. This farm is also situated in a water-rich area, drilling is possible and boreholes are definitely an option.

There is no electricity supply close to these farms, so the best option would be to install Solar. The Sewage systems would be the normal “Soak-Away” system or French drain. There are no people living on the farm, therefore any form of life-rights or claims to the property won’t be possible. Safety is a given!
